Bijou loves the quote above by George Bernard Shaw. He knows that as we take the time to tap into our creative selves, we get closer to our truest self, our nature, and therefore can let our own unique light shine. We Discover our essence.

The beauty of tangling is the structured yet unstructured nature of it. We are all following along a prescribed set of instructions: draw a line, draw an orb, aura, take off and land - yet, as we all follow the same set of instructions, our creations all come out differently.

Our uniqueness shines through. We have a weight with which we draw, a curvy or straight way about our lines, our own flairs and embellishments, and the more we tangle, the more we develop our style, certain distinctive qualities to our art. Our art reflects us.

The more we take time to create, the more we discover the artist within, the more we discover ourselves, the more we discover all the beauty we can share.
