It’s still possible to ski gorgeous A- Basin finishing the day with one of their award winning “Bloody Marys” on the sun drenched deck.
Advice: Get in a few more runs if possible — then go play golf in the afternoon at the River Course or the Ranch — Both now opened.

MARKET STATUS: 

The most basic of economic principles “Supply and Demand” have never been more dramatically represented in our county’s real estate market. EXTREMELY high DEMAND and EXTREMELY low INVENTORY (supply) are resulting in record HIGH prices — with no reversal in sight AT THIS TIME.

RECOMMENDED ACTION: 

IF you have considered selling, this is the BEST seller’s market in Summit County EVER!! No way of predicting the top— Capture equity now. 

If you want to buy a home in Summit County it really seems you should do it sooner rather than later. No guarantees, but all conditions are in place for prices to continue to increase. 

Lifestyles are changing. Priorities have been altered. Summit County’s many outdoor attributes are what more and more families and individuals are desiring. 

My family certainly understands why.

You can see from these inventory stats, there is a substantial inventory decline . However, Properties do continue to enter the market —- both existing homes and new construction. They just don’t last very long. They are under contract often within 24 hours. Agility and preparedness are required to get a desired home under contract. Competition is fierce. 
New construction projects are one market segment where a little inventory does exist. Take a look at what is under construction in Keystone.
