Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is excited to announce the launch of its new Gynecologic Oncology Program. The outpatient practice, located on the campus of Trinity Health Ann Arbor and Trinity Health Livonia, has hired gynecologic oncologists Angela Kueck, MD, Rebecca Liu, MD, and Kevin McCool, MD, to increase local access to much-needed care for women living with cancerous and noncancerous conditions of the female reproductive system.
"I am excited and grateful to join the Trinity Health IHA Medical Group family and support women in Ann Arbor, Livonia and surrounding communities," said Dr. Kueck, pictured here. "A gynecologic cancer diagnosis is overwhelming, especially for women living in communities across the country that lack access to board-certified specialists experienced in diagnosing and treating these serious conditions. I want women to know we are here for them and invested in their health and well-being. They are not alone."
Gynecologic oncology specialists diagnose and treat several women’s reproductive health issues, including ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, cervical cancer, and vulvar cancer.
Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Gynecologic Oncology offers women compassionate care and support, from screening to treatment, all the way through recovery. The gynecologic oncology team includes comprehensive care, including supportive services and access to clinical trials. The office also offers nurse navigators, who can make life easier for patients by coordinating appointments and services, answering questions, and connecting them with supportive care services that promote holistic healing, additional resources, and education.
Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Gynecologic Oncology is located on the Trinity Health Ann Arbor Campus, 5303 Elliott Dr., Ste 220, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and in the Trinity Health Cancer Center - Livonia, located at 36475 Five Mile Rd. in Livonia. New patients can call 734-712-HOPE to connect with an RN navigator who will facilitate a patient evaluation.
