Volume 20, Issue 04

Director's Message

Greetings ,

The BTER Foundation staff is going on a brief break for the next month, so this will be the final issue for 2024. No, we are not going on holiday. Instead, we will use this time to re-organize and recruit new staff and volunteers. Our Assistant Editor and steadfast Administrative Assistant, Albert Nguyen, has left to begin Medical School! Congratulations! We are all excited for him (as we wipe away our tears).

We are very grateful to have had Albert on our team for the past 4 years . . . and on the topic of gratitude, it is about time that we thanked all of you - readers and donors, clients and members, supporters of all sorts - for your guidance, your support, your challenges, and your companionship during this journey. Your participation is what gives meaning to our work, and keeps us doing what we do.

November is our national month of thanksgiving, and it is the time, each year, when we celebrate and honor YOU! We are truly grateful for your participation and support.

If you have a biotherapy-related question or need help with a problem, please contact us. If you want to get involved as a member or as a volunteer, we welcome your participation. Our educational programs are getting more and more attention. However, most of what we do is client-centered, and therefore never makes it into the public forum. I look forward to telling you a little more about these activities when we next meet again in your "in-box."

In the meantime, don't forget to check out some of the biotherapy news and opportunities, below.

With best wishes this Holiday Season, and always,

Ron Sherman,

Director
