Biosecurity Updates
As of Monday, May 16, the use of face masks will not be mandatory in closed spaces: classrooms, offices, auditoriums, and others, in accordance with Resolution 692 on April 29, 2022. It should be noted that these measures are subject to the epidemiological behavior of COVID-19 in the city and any further guidelines issued by the national and/or local governments.

Use of face masks
It remains mandatory for:
  • Respiratory symptoms
  • Close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
  • Use of school’s transportation service

Measures in effect
  • Encouraging each community member to take care of their own well-being
  • Promoting the caring for other’s well-being
  • Isolating at home if one has symptoms or had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. Please consult your health service and report any incidents to the school’s Medical Service
  • Crowds in open and closed spaces will be avoided to maintain physical distance
  • Frequent hand washing and sanitizing
  • Cleaning and disinfection of commonly used spaces and school utilities
  • Ventilation of closed or semi-closed spaces
  • Limited entry of parents and visitors to the school campus. Admission will be made at previously agreed times

Recomendations
  • Permanent use of surgical masks for individuals with comorbidities or who are not fully vaccinated
  • Complete the COVID-19 vaccination schedule and booster dose when appropriate
  • Update your child’s vaccination report through the link sent to your emails from the Medical Service
School Calendar Update
The Administration, with the Board of Directors approval, has decided to adjust the last day of classes to Thursday, June 16, to advance the closing of the school year. This decision considering the possibility of a second round of the Presidential elections that could affect foreign hire faculty who return to their countries of origin at this time.
