Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce

Weekly Newsletter | April 2nd, 2026

No crabby days here, just salty air, sandy toes, and a whole lot of springtime magic in Birch Bay! As the tide rolls out, little coastal treasures (like our crabby friend) remind us that this is the perfect season to get outside, explore the flats, and soak up the beauty all around us.

While you’re out and about, swing by our office and grab your fresh copy of the Mt. Baker Experience. Hot off the presses and packed with inspiration for your next local adventure.

And don’t stop there… keep scrolling through this newsletter to discover all the fun happenings, events, and can’t-miss moments waiting for you right here in our community!

Member Spotlight of the Week

⚡️Building Industry Association of Whatcom County ⚡️

The Building Industry Association of Whatcom County (BIAWC) is a nonprofit organization representing local builders, remodelers, and businesses in the home construction industry. Since its founding in Bellingham in 1978, BIAWC has supported the local building community through advocacy, education, and building connections. Throughout the year, they host networking events, educational programs, and community-focused activities.

One of their signature events is the Whatcom County Home & Lifestyle Show 2026, taking place April 24–26, 2026, at the Northwest Washington Fair & Event Center. Now celebrating 45 years, it remains the largest home and garden show north of Seattle and a favorite annual tradition.
