Birdwood Clubhouse Renovation
Dear Members,
We are excited to share that the Birdwood Golf Clubhouse will be getting a refresh this winter. Renovations to the existing space will begin in early December and are expected to be completed by early April. During this time, retail and grab-and-go food and beverage offerings with outdoor seating will continue to be available. Birdwood Golf, including the championship course, practice range and putting facilities, will remain fully open throughout the renovation period.
Birdwood Golf Clubhouse Improvements
We are expanding the clubhouse footprint by enclosing the covered areas on the patio. This will enhance comfort and functionality across both indoor and outdoor spaces. A converted area will provide a new dining section, offering an elevated setting for meals before or after your round, as well as additional space for watching games and gathering with fellow members. This renovation will also enhance the Golf Pro Shop, the arrival experience and an improved entryway designed to provide a more welcoming and convenient entrance.
Dining Enhancements
The dining areas will undergo a transformation featuring a redesigned bar with indoor and outdoor access, upgraded seating spaces, a refreshed menu concept and a grab-and-go station. To support these improvements, the existing layout behind the scenes will be reconfigured to expand kitchen capacity and improve overall service flow.
Golf Pro Shop Updates
The Golf Pro Shop will feature refreshed finishes, upgraded retail displays and an enhanced shopping experience. The current service counter will be redesigned for improved flow and member interaction, and the nearby administrative area will be reconfigured to support the updated layout.
Anticipated Timeline:

December 1: Birdwood Bar & Grill and the locker rooms will close as demolition begins. Freshly prepared limited food and beverage service will be available and alternate restroom facilities will be provided.

January 5: The Golf Pro Shop will close and check-in and retail services will relocate to the administrative offices.

Early April: The renovated clubhouse, restaurant and Golf Pro Shop will reopen.
