We had a great celebration!! In spite of ominous weather, a big crowd attended our 1st Annual Meeting Celebration on March 7th. About 60 more joined us by livestream. Our 2026 Annual Mission Project was announced and we have already collected $3,200 toward our $20,000 goal for a Creative Arts Studio at Lydia Patterson Institute in El Paso. We celebrated all we have done together in the past year. It was so nice to just be together!
If you weren't with us, we missed you.
Details are below on how you can watch the recordings on our YouTube channel, look at our program book and the Burning the Candle dedications.
Thanks to all who helped make it happen!
A special thanks to the Bold Women of Lovers Lane and Lovers Lane UMC for your generous hospitality!

Mom's Legacy. . . My Legacy . . . Our Legacy

My family Moms legacy

Member Musing Blog from Lynne Grandstaff, National UWFaith Director from Horizon TX Conference

As I am about to complete the sale of my mom’s house, legacy is on my mind every day. My brother, sisters and I have gone through all of Mom’s earthly belongings, rehoming everything we could, and thanking many other items for their service before tossing them into the trash. (She never threw away a greeting card and lived to be almost 98 years old- so there were a lot of them!) Her legacy, of course lives on in each of us and in her five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. . . read more

Happy Birthday, UWFaith!

Grace in Abundance

March 23: Day of Giving

Grace in Abundance

“And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that by always having enough of everything you may be able to do good for every good work.” —2 Corinthians 9:8

Celebrate our 157th Birthday this week! Our Day of Giving is an opportunity to gather together as one to thank God for the continued grace shown to United Women in Faith. Your gifts ensure the future of our vital mission work to improve the lives of women, children, and youth at home and abroad. Please join us and show your appreciation for God’s Grace in Abundance with your generous gift.

God’s abundant grace has been with us since the inception of The Legacy Endowment Fund. That grace continues to abound as we grow ever closer to reaching our $60 million goal. We are now less than $6 million away. . . and your gift will help us reach the goal!
