NC Wesleyan Named One of the Best Colleges in North Carolina by Intelligent.com
Intelligent.com, a trusted resource for online/on-campus program rankings and higher education planning, has included North Carolina Wesleyan College to its list of the Best Colleges in North Carolina in 2022. The research identifies 49 top programs in the state based on flexibility, faculty, course strength, cost and reputation.

SACSCOC Reaffirms NC Wesleyan's Accreditation
Last month, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools-Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) Board of Trustees reaffirmed the accreditation of North Carolina Wesleyan College through 2030. Reaffirmation grants the College the authority to continue awarding baccalaureate and master's degrees. SACSCOC serves as the accrediting body for degree-granting, higher education institutions in the southern states. Read more.
NCWC Announces the Addition of Five New Board Members

North Carolina Wesleyan College's Board of Trustees has approved five new board members to join the Wesleyan family: Lisa S. Barnes, Vernon T. Bradley, Jr., Brigadier General Arnold Gordon-Bray, USA (Ret). Harry Bynum and Beth B. Covolo. They come from a variety of backgrounds and industries and join 21 others that serve on the North Carolina Wesleyan College Board of Trustees, chaired by Dr. Dan Crocker. Read more.
Board Chair Gifts $100K to NCWC's RN to BSN Program
Dr. Dan Crocker, a retired local physician and Chairman of NC Wesleyan's Board of Trustees, has generously donated $100,000 to support North Carolina Wesleyan College's RN to BSN program. The gift will provide funds for nurse faculty, nursing scholarships and other program developments to enhance this new degree option. Read more.
Reserve Your Wesleyan Memorial Brick
Students, organizations, parents, alumni, and community supporters now have the opportunity to inscribe their names at North Carolina Wesleyan College. The Office of Advancement is selling bricks to be placed at the entrance located at the south end of the Pearsall Library addition, or at the Leon Russell Chapel entrance. Your brick will be a permanent tribute on the NCWC campus and a special way to support NCWC.
