Dad's Day Breakfast

Bishop Chatard Dad's Day Breakfast welcomes special guest Greg Mark as our featured speaker on Friday, Nov. 22. Greg was recently highlighted in the Archdiocesan newspaper,  The Criterion . Greg will share the story of the near-death experience that left him blind at the age of 25 — an experience that changed his life and his faith.
Greg is a former BCHS parent. His daughter and son-in-law both work at BCHS. Daughter Allison Mayer serves as the Administrative Assistant to the principal's office and son-in-law Tyler Mayer serves as Executive Vice President.
Doors open at 6 a.m. Food lines open at 6:15 a.m. Speaker will begin at approximately 6:35 a.m. and the morning will conclude no later than 7:15 a.m. Cost is only $5 per person, payable at the door.

Senior Directed One-Acts
Join us and see several of the senior theatre students shine! Senior Director One Acts is a collection of short plays selected and directed by BCHS seniors on Saturday, Dec. 7, in the Kyle Guyton Theatre (Room 102). Performance times are at 1 p.m., 4 p.m., and 7 p.m. Each One Act Play will be performed during each show. Click here to purchase tickets. One Acts often sell out, so secure your seat now! Summer Field Studies 2020
Current Bishop Chatard juniors and seniors are invited to join students from Roncalli and Cardinal Ritter for Summer Field Studies 2020: one part academics, one part adventure, one part retreat. Volunteers Needed
The BCHS Chatard-a-Bration committee is looking for parent volunteers to help with solicitation for the Chatard-a-bration silent auction. We will provide lists of businesses and past donors from each parish area to make your job easy. Please contact Liz Hoffman at lhoffman@bishopchatard.org  if interested.

Thanksgiving Day Meal Project
Bishop Chatard will again be making 350 warm Thanksgiving meals for the David S. Moore Food Pantry and other needy organizations, to be distributed on Thanksgiving Day. We need a few hands to help make this a success. 
  • Volunteers are needed for kitchen help and cleanup, service line, making desserts and delivering the meals at various times from 7:30 – 11:00 a.m. If volunteering, prepare to be flexible with the tasks.
  • Donate a dessert to the meal. Desserts can be delivered to BCHS on Tues., Nov. 26, between 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Sponsorships to help fund the meal are also being accepted.
Christmas on Crittenden
Friday, Dec. 6
Bishop Chatard alumni and community members will gather at BCHS to celebrate with their children for  Christmas on Crittenden  on Friday, Dec. 6, from 6-8 p.m. For more information on the event, click here or RSVP here.

Student Successes
BCHS soccer players in All Star Games
Congratulations to boys soccer players Brady Armstrong, Danny Bardol, and David Harless in competing at the Indiana Elite North v. South All Star Soccer Games this month. Brady took home the MVP award for the sophomore game. Go Trojans!
