Extension for PA Tax Exemption
The Synod's PA sales tax exemption certificate, under which congregations are covered, is due to expire on March 31, 2020. Due to delays in processing of sales tax exemptions as a result of COVID-19, the Department of Revenue is extending the exempt status of this organization and its subsidiary churches until September 30, 2020.
You may use this correspondence along with an Exemption Certificate (REV-1220) as your authority to make tax free purchases.
