A. Effective January 1, 2021, the hire in rate shall be set as follows based on years of verified experience:
1. LPN:
i. No Experience: $24
ii. Two Years’ Experience: $25
iii. Four Years’ Experience: $26
iv. Seven Years’ Experience: $27
Parity increases will be given for any current LPN’s whose wage rate is below the proposed new starting rate to be equal to the starting rate. Plus an additional 1%
2. RN:
i. No Experience: $32
ii. Two Years’ Experience: $33
iii. Four Years’ Experience: $35
iv. Seven Years’ Experience: 37

3. Per-Diem Rate based on years of verified experience
i. Hire in Rate plus $4.00
D. Effective January 1st, 2021, The Center and the Union agree that any current member that does not receive a parity increase will receive a 2% increase to their base pay. If a member’s parity increase will be less than a 2% increase the member will receive a 2% increase in lieu of a parity increase.
