Request for two (2) or more PTO days off must be submitted Thirty (30) days prior to the requested date. PTO requests will be made in writing and will be granted provided the request is made in a timely manner but shall not be unreasonably denied.

Weekends are defined as beginning Friday night at 11:00 pm through Monday morning at 7:00 am
