If you accrue annually:
14 days of PTO
15 days of PTO
20 days of PTO
Your 2022 carryover is:
7 days
7.5 days
10 days
December 18, 2021, is the last pay period of the year. Keep your December 18th paystub and be sure to review your PTO. If you have more than the carry over days noted above, sometime in January 2022, Bishop will take your PTO to match your carry over days. 

If you have less than the carry over days,
your time should not be removed.

If your time is incorrectly removed,
contact your Labor Rep. Ellena Osborne.

ARTICLE 16 - PTO
(Pages 18-19 of your Union Contract)
A. Full-time employees shall receive accrue PTO as follows:
1. 0– 10 years of employment: 14 days
2. 11 + years of employment 20 days

B. All employees hired prior to the purchase of the Center, December 14, 2015, shall have their current Vacation schedule below Grandfathered to the following PTO level of time: 
1.  0-5 years 15 days PTO
2.  5+ years 20 days of PTO

E. Fifty percent (50%) of accrued PTO may be carried over and shall be taken during the following year.
