If you need help filling out the Membership Google Form, the following times are available to receive help in doing so:

Lord of the Streets (LOTS) is an Episcopal Church in Midtown Houston whose primary congregation is people who are experiencing homelessness. You can help serve their congregation by bringing clothes and shoes to LOTS during the week (Mon-Fri, 8:00-Noon); they distribute clothes on Wednesdays and Thursdays. They are especially in need of men’s shoes.
