Celebrating My Black Culture
is a traveling- immersive educational and art experience. Curated by
Triad Cultural Arts
, this Pop-Up exhibit will feature segments of Winston-Salem’s rich Black American History. Subjects includes
local activism, church and spirituality, education, and entrepreneurship.
The immersive experience will include an online African American History Lab and complimentary history coloring books.
Designed with Winston-Salem / Forsyth County’s students and families in mind, the entire community will have an opportunity to celebrate our local rich black history as we honor the young scholars we’re cultivating today.
This is a public exhibition and the entire community is encouraged to visit, participate and learn from this cultural experience.
