State of the Footwear Industry: DE&I Benchmark Survey

The Black Footwear Forum and FDRA are dedicated to creating an equitable and inclusive industry. With this survey we will be able to gauge the mindset and opinions of black footwear workers with the goal of gaining a better understanding of problem areas and challenges that they face in the workplace. By taking this survey you will help to provide industry wide insights and help solve challenges for black employees across the industry.
