General Camper Info

Parents/Guardians and Campers,

Please be sure and read the following information carefully and in its entirety! This should cover all the questions you have regarding camp. After reading the information fully, please let us know if you have any questions. We are excited to see you on June 20th!

FCA Bus to Black Hills Sports Camp

South Dakota Fellowship of Christian Athletes is offering a charter bus to get campers to the FCA Black Hills Sports Camp. 

Limited transportation spots left!!

The bus will leave at 6:30 am in the morning of June 20th from the FCA office in SE Sioux Falls and pickup campers along i90 until reaching Black Hills State University. 

The bus will cost $50/rider. Please bring cash, or a check made out to SD FCA to the bus.

Bus Riders will also need to bring money for food as the bus will be stopping for lunch on the way to camp and on the way back.

Check-In and Registration

All unpaid fees will be automatically charged to the card that we have on file on the first day of camp (June 20th).

The check-in process will go faster if you are able to print or download your camp confirmation email and bring that with you. However, it is not required that you have that confirmation sheet.

We will be checking in athletes at the Donald E. Young at Black Hills State University. From there, campers will be directed to their rooms to get settled. See attached PDF for scheduled check-in window.

Check-Out

Camp will end at 12:00 pm on June 23rd. Our final gathering will be held at Spearfish High School in the Auditorium. Parents/Guardians are welcome to join us starting at 11:00 am. We would love for you to worship with us for our final session together!
