We're halfway through our February Black History Month celebrations, and there's still time to join in! Come be a part of our final events as we honor Black history, culture, and achievements together. Our RCPL CARES programs are all about fostering equity and building a strong, connected community—we'd love to see you there!

Soul Caribbean Cooking with Chef Dillon & Chef Dee

Chef Dillon Campbell and Chef “Dee” of Stanford University will demonstrate cooking a variety of dishes deeply rooted in the African Diaspora. Small bites will be available to taste!

FINANCIAL LITERACY SERIES

Kickstart your financial future with a series of financial workshops. Dinner is included for participants. This program is intended for adults ages 25-35 (others may apply as room permits). Preference will be given to participants that can attend all 6 sessions.

RCPL Listens provides an opportunity for community members to share their aspirations to help shape the Library’s Service Priorities for 2025 and beyond. Targeted listening sessions are available for specific community members, and open sessions are available for anyone who wants to contribute to the Library’s future plans.
