Black history storytime with local author

In celebration of Black History Month, the Library will have a special presentation and storytime with Dr. Amy Forss.

Dr. Forss is the author of two books about Mildred Brown, the founder of Omaha's first Black newspaper. Adults and children are welcome to join us at the Library on Saturday, February 18 at 2 p.m. to hear Dr. Forss read her children's book, and learn about local history.
