Ships Log . . . In Absentia
As with most Thanksgiving Holiday's it is the time of year for families to get together for better or worse, share a meal and catch up on the past year's comings and goings. For me I consider all the employees of Blackbeards my " Family ". I'm sure all you Pirates will agree the " Family " that we have maintaining the good ship Blackbeards is second to none, always accommodating and friendly in helping out all of our many Pirates from around the world. From our dedicated Kitchen and Cleaning Staff as well as our Maintenance Crew and of course the ever popular Wait Staff, without my " Family " Blackbeards would not be " your home away from home ". So for myself and presumably most of you Hearty Pirates a big " THANK YOU " to our Blackbeards crew who continue to steer the good ship Blackbeards onwards to calm and clear skies and seas....

Gobble Gobble .....AAARRRGGGHHH !!
The boat was full of "PPP's" (Plundering Pilgrim Pirates) for our Annual Thanksgiving Feast!! We almost got sucker punched, because Thanksgiving always happens on the LAST Thursday in November, Right? Not this year . . . Maybe it was the alignment of the moon and stars . . . who knows . . . 

BUT - no worries, because on Thursday, November 22nd . . . El Capitan ( his Ghost at least ) invaded the galley and started preparing his special Pirate Stuffing at the crack of dawn!!! (OK - he managed to drag his happy ass into the kitchen just in time to make his special "Stuff"!!) . . . Along with a big fat Butterball Turkey and all the fixin's our PPP's could scarf . . . leaving just enough room for a . . . little "Room" festivities afterwards . . . So To Speak!!
Bikini Contest...# 349 November 24th ...
The young rookie Pirate Bro thers DJ and Omar and a Veteran Pirate took over the judging for the Bikini Contest this week and these Newbie Pirates were more than up to the task of making sure the Shipmates swab the decks to the best of their abilities.

The Crew never knows what is going to happen or who is going to win . . . If there is any rhyme or reason to the voting . . . we haven't figured it out in 16 years . . . This time however 2 veteran Shipmates and a 1 fresh face burst upon the scene and knocked the judges right out of their chairs . . . literally!! Naomi took captive our Newbie judges and captivated them with all her Veteran moves to be crowned the winner of this highly entertaining bikini contest !!!!.
Coming in a close second was Marciel and our First time Shipmate Veronica coming in 3rd place...Congratulations to all three who put on quite a show for all the Pirates in attendance.

Show Us Your Colors Night!!.... 
Since Thursday fell on Thanksgiving, our Shipmates decided to wear traditional Pilgrim outfits ( well not quite but at least the color was somewhat traditional ) . . .

Needless to say the Shipmates looked extremely Hot and no doubt there was more gobbling going on looong after dinner!!! After our Pirates polished off their turkey the Crew thought they were done for the night . . . not so . . .
After a little TV Football and some after dinner grog, they caught their second breath and managed to hit the Crows Nest Bar to continue the party!!!
Speaking of Bikini's/Bathing Suits.....and Show Us your Colors.....

The Shipmates this past week decided to all wear matching White colored bathing attire and lounge around the pool deck...and with this ever present Tropical Weather it can make all our Pirates sweat even more...
Wet –T- Shirt Contest…What A Hump Day!!... 
Once again on another beautiful tropical Caribbean evening 6 Buxom Shipmates were more than happy to allow one of our Pirates to cool them off with an animated and entertaining Wet T-Shirt contest. The Pirates and chicas alike could not decide on just 1 winner so Rocio and Anay shared honors this past week.... 
Ms. Universe #257 - November 17th...
Nico, our Night Manager was the MC and he had the ship Rockn' and Rollin' as he hosted our 257th Ms. Universe Contest...by the way in this event everyone gets to vote for the winner !!

The Shipmates had a few days to catch their breath after our 16th Birthday Bash and they were "Hot To Trot" to put on a great show for our Pirates!! ALL of the Contestants were Veteran Shipmates and all have won numerous contests . . . So - they were primed to put it all out there and make . . . some "stiff competition" . . . So To Speak . . . The room erupted with applause when Estephanie was announced as our winner!!!

Babydoll/Lingerie Raffle Night…
Maybe . . . Just maybe . . . Our Special "Babydoll Show and Raffle" Night is an event we may never replace . . . what makes this event "over the top " is that In this event all of our Pirates have the option to buy a raffle ticket for approximately a dollar each; and if your number is picked you will receive the special lap dance and get to keep the lingerie . (Sorry…Chica is not included).    

Shipmates know they will get plenty of undivided attention if they wear their sexiest lingerie! And - Our Pirates have no problem with giving them all the attention they deserve!! 

Setting aside the wardrobes . . . The crazy dance antics, contests and fun that pops up on the spur of the moment add to the festivities!
