McGovern Joins Blackhawk Bank as SVP & CFO
Blackhawk Bank recently announced the addition of Mary King McGovern   as   Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to the Blackhawk Family. Her appointment fills the position most recently held by Todd James who was recently named as President and CEO of Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc.
