Jim Reynolds Joins Blackhawk Bank's Business  Division

With 16 years in both retail and business banking and 6 years in financial planning, insurance, and investments, Jim's skills are an asset to local business owners, entrepreneurs and to Blackhawk Bank's business team.

Jim has been Youth Director at his church for 13 years and serves on the Rockford University Alumni Association Board.   He's been involved with scouting for Belvidere High School Football, served on the Literacy Council Board of Directors, and coached Belvidere Youth Baseball teams. Jim also held associate membership in the Rock River Valley Tooling & Machining Association.

Georgia Ruggles has joined Blackhawk Bank as a Personal Banker serving clients from its Belvidere, Illinois office.

A native of Belvidere, Georgia is a 37-year board member and treasurer for the Boone County Crime Stoppers, and is a board member of Parkside Manor of Belvidere.  She was previously a member of the Benevolent Society of the Aged.  Georgia and her husband Tom reside in Boone County. Together they love motorcycling and going to car shows.
