Has your congregation considered becoming a Matthew 25 Congregation? Have you already committed and are looking to re-energize that commitment? 

With increasing interest in anti-racism education and engagement, along with growing needs in our communities and congregations as a result of COVID-19, now might be a good time to revisit or re-energize around the Matthew 25 commitment and resources. In joining this PCUSA-wide initiative, congregations agree to work on one of more of three focus areas: building congregational vitality, dismantling structural racism and eradicating systemic poverty.

The Presbytery is offering an opportunity for you to explore what this commitment might look like in your church's context, and to share ideas with congregations already engaged. Please join this conversation in a:

Joining us will be Chris Roseland, from the Presbyterian Mission Agency who will share a brief overview of the program and answer your questions. Several of our churches and pastors who have already committed to Matthew 25 will share their insights as well.
