February 7 Evening Assembly Meeting on Zoom

Please join us for the first assembly meeting of 2023 - Tuesday, February 7, beginning at 5:30 pm on zoom (only). In an effort to involve lay members who have daytime commitments, this once-a-year evening meeting attempts to reach them, so please take a moment to invite anyone in your church who may be interested in finding out what Presbytery is all about. Non-voting visitors are always welcome!

First time attendees are invited to join the meeting at 5:15 for a special welcome and orientation - they will go to their own breakout room. Others can also login early to chat before gaveled to order. The docket and other meeting reports can be found on the website - contact the office if you have not received login information.

The meeting will feature greetings from Rev. Ruth Santana Grace, General Assembly Co-Moderator, worship, on overview of the process for voting on the amendments to the Book of Order, small group discussion, commissioning new pastors report highlights and other business.

The offering received as part of the worship service will be for Youth Retreats. Blackhawk and Stronghold, in partnership, had a successful fall retreat and are now gearing up for the popular Confirmation Retreat in February (see below). Your gifts help to defray expenses, so costs to participants and adult leaders remain as low as possible. You can donate online or send us a check.
