EpiPen
If your athlete requires an epi pen please use the ink below to fill out a new epi pen form for our records and return to Carly by 11/7. Thank you!
Important Reminder!!!!
Help us keep the children safe! Please pick up your child from the team door in the drop off lane or walk up to meet them. With the dark evening arriving earlier, it may be dangerous for the athletes to walk out to the parked car.
Fee Reminder: meet fees have been added to your account and will be charged with tuition on October and November 1st for Bronze 2/Silver, and November, December, and January 1st for Gold/Platinum. Please reach out to Nicole ([email protected]) if alternative payment arrangements are needed.
Travel Meets: Gold/Platinum will not be attending the Florida meet. I have added Gopher Invite to allow the athlete to attend one more meet before State. All Gold/Platinum athletes have been registered for this meet, please reach out to Carly ([email protected]) if your athlete is unable to attend.


Make-A-Wish Travel Information: This meet is for the Silvers that signed up, Gold, and Platinum levels. Please keep in mind that your athlete may compete as early as 8am Friday and 6pm Sunday. Be sure to make appropriate travel arrangements.

OPEN GYM UPDATE
Open gym has been filling up almost every week! Be sure to register early to guarantee a spot.

*Important - Athletes that register for a spot for open gym are expected to attend open gym. Xcel athletes that register and do not attend will be charged the open gym fee. There are no refunds for this fee.

Registration opens every Monday, this can be completed online or by calling a Customer Care Representative at 763-413-0647.
Holiday Practice Schedule
*No Practice for Bronze and Silver Levels Saturday, December 24th*
Bronze 2: Wednesday, December 28th 12:30pm-3:00pm and Saturday, December 31st 12:00pm-2:30pm
Silver: Thursday, December 29th 12:30pm-4:00pm and Saturday, December 31st 9:00am-12:30pm
Gold/Platinum: Wednesday, December 28th 9:00am-12:30pm and Friday, December 30th 9:00am-12:30pm
*All practices will be held at the Main Gym in Blaine/Ham Lake
Holiday Party!!
Bronze 2 - Platinum athletes are invited to a Holiday Party with their team mates and coaches! The athletes will play games, have a snack (provided by the gym), play the dice game with their level, and have open gym. Please plan to purchase a $10 gift for the dice game. Please reach out to Carly ([email protected]) if there are any concerns.

Tentative day and time: December 22nd, 5:00-8:00pm. More information will be available soon!
