Yesterday, I dropped my children off on their first day of school - equipped with face masks and hand sanitizer. To be honest, it's the most nervous I have felt since dropping my oldest off on the first day of kindergarten. There are so many questions and so many unknowns.

It's human nature to fear the unknown. This is also why so many workers count down their days until retirement, but at the same time are very worried as to what it will bring. While we don't have a crystal ball, we do have financial planning software that can help you visualize different scenarios, such as various travel budgets, new cars, or working one year less. You can have the peace of mind that you have a plan during retirement.

If it's been a while since you've looked at your financial plan, or you'd like to know how to start one, please contact our team.

As for my children, they had great first days of school. My daughter is excited to learn the states this year and my son is looking forward to starting most days with math and science. I hope you and your family are finding positives during these crazy times.
