BLINDNESS ETIQUETTE IN THE WORKPLACE AND COMMUNITY

📆 Wednesday, November 25, 2026

⌚ 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

📌 ACI, 1090 King Georges Post Road, Edison, NJ

In recognition of Blindness Awareness Month, ACI, along with Melissa Lomax from the Family Resource Network, will be hosting a fun and interactive workshop that explores appropriate ways to interact with people who are blind or have vision loss in the workplace, community, and social settings.

Blindness Awareness Month is observed throughout the United States and around the world to increase awareness of blindness and vision loss, promote eye health education, and support accessibility and advocacy efforts. Since 1999, organizations such as the American Foundation for the Blind and the National Federation of the Blind have helped raise awareness and empower individuals living with blindness.
