JFS Delaware's Statement on Ukraine:
As we watch tragic events unfold in the Ukraine, our hearts are heavy. Over 3 million people have fled the country with nothing more than the clothes on their backs and their children in tow. As the leading refugee resettlement agency in the state, JFS is in close contact with our state leaders, national resettlement partner agencies, and the local Ukrainian community—our team is ready to support families should they be allocated to arrive in Delaware.
Since the war in Ukraine began, JFS has received many calls asking us how you can help—you have offered your homes, clothes, and so much more and we are inspired by your generosity. We will continue to keep our community updated on how you can help locally. In the meantime, please refer to the following sources for information and ways to help.

THANK YOU for helping JFS Delaware DO MORE!
|
|
On March 3rd & 4th, JFS participated among hundreds of nonprofits in Do More 24 Delaware. Thanks to your support, our campaign exceeded our fundraising goal by 350% with a total of $6,862 from over 80 donors in 24 hours! Not only that, but the number of community members, supporters, staff, and volunteers who participated helped JFS earn additional donations, including 2 sponsored incentive prizes and a match from an anonymous donor.
Thank you for increasing our impact and helping our clients thrive!
