Dear Bloom at St. Petersburg Residents, Families & Friends:

Please be advised that ownership, along with our local Bloom at St. Petersburg Team, are closely monitoring Tropical Storm Eta. While it's too early to determine the impact from the storm, we're continuing to monitor the forecast.

St. Petersburg is within the three day cone. Strong winds and heavy rain are expected to start developing Sunday into Monday.

Bloom has an action plan in place to ensure the safety of our residents and staff. We've reviewed all emergency plans and supplies; and will continue to monitor the forecast updates.

We'll continue to keep you informed with e-mail updates. We'll also be making simultaneous posts to Facebook, which can be accessed by clicking here: Bloom Senior Living Facebook Page or the website

To reiterate: we're prepared and taking the necessary precautions to keep our residents and team safe. As many of you know, we successfully executed our emergency preparedness, storm and evacuation plans in years past throughout our Bloom communities around the Country and know it's important to communicate with you substantively in a real time basis. We know you're concerned about your loved ones and plan to do the same here.

In the event of a power outage, our servers, telephones, and e-mail capabilities may be impacted if you're trying to reach our local team / Executive Directors.
