In respect to the latter, verbal consent from the Responsible Party is allowed for residents who do not have physical or cognitive ability to consent (or minors). If consent is collected verbally by the community, the Responsible Party must contact the Executive Director and speak directly to them for consent. Voicemails and messages with other community staff is not acceptable. |
