When they asked to feature Bloom, Melissa Campbell, Bloom's Director of Education & Development, and Lauren Thomas, Bloom at Bluffton's Executive Director, detailed how the company was early in aggressively following Bloom's Pandemic Rapid Response Plan by restricting access and implementing protocols to keep residents safe, while continuing to ensure they flourish (through social distancing activities) and remain connected to their families / loved ones (through technology).
