After Bloom Senior Living announced last month that it engaged local construction firm, Holt Construction, the family-owned and operated company already commenced the extensive renovation of its Bloom at Kokomo community!
The design creative has been finalized, the project scope has been defined, the remodel plan has been formulated (to create a beautiful environment for our residents without disrupting their daily routine) and the work has officially started! After receiving approval from the Kokomo building inspector, the project is moving efficiently and full steam ahead! The end result will be a newly remodeled community, and an environment where our senior residents don't just live -- but flourish and bloom into their best selves!
In our last communication, we advised that the anticipated start date for the remodel was June 2023. Bloom met that deadline and continues to target the project's completion for September/October 2023!
Since the family-company acquired the Kokomo community in May 2019, Bloom has made a series of improvements and become the provider of choice, with a growing waitlist, in the Kokomo market. Bloom's commitment of extensive dollars towards its Kokomo community is just another step in furtherance of Bloom's plan to Be Better Each Day; one of its core Bloom Beliefs!
