Bloom at Willow Announces Grand Opening Of Its State Of The Art Theatre

Bloom at Willow is excited to announce the grand opening of its new community Palace theatre with the showing of Avengers: Infinity Wars on September 11, 2024 at 6:00pm!

The Palace theater boasts some pretty impressive technology. As you enter the theater, you’re met with a fully lit and animated box office, with a ticket dispenser, just like the good ol’ days (all of which is free, of course)! Your next stop will be the stocked concession stand! A commercial popcorn machine, five flavor soda dispenser, and full candy counter will undoubtedly satisfy your snack cravings.

All of the lighting is completely automated and controlled by a digital assistant we call Ziggy. Ziggy also controls the curtains, projection screen and several other mundane tasks, so that the entire movie experience can be controlled by only one operator. An 8K state of the art projector and a 600 W Dolby 7.1 surround sound system, with 10 speakers, are at the heart of the theater.

Whether Bloom at Willow is showing an action movie, RomCom, or thriller, the sound system automatically adapts and reconfigures to build an atmosphere that the movie makers created.

Simply having a place to watch a movie was not enough for Bloom at Willow. We wanted our residents to feel as though they are having a night out on the town and going to the movies.
