About the Program

Now more than ever, companies are grappling with emerging artificial intelligence technology in the marketplace, increased systemically disrupted cyberattacks, and greater vulnerability in data management. As these challenges grow, the role of the board in overseeing and managing these issues becomes increasingly critical. The webinar will cover the board’s heightened responsibilities in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data governance. It will provide essential guidance for attorneys who sit on boards or advise companies, helping them understand the latest developments, compliance requirements, and best practices in these areas.

The next session in this series will be on Board’s Fiduciary Duties Post McRitchie v. Zuckerberg on November 13 at 12:30 pm PST.

This program is presented by the Business Law Section.
