NJ Continuing Education Requirements
The New Jersey Real Estate Commission mandates that all actively licensed Brokers (BR), Broker-Salespersons (BR-SP) and Salespersons (SP) complete 12 Continuing Education (CE) Credits every two years to maintain their licenses. License renewal is bi-annual with the licensing term beginning on July 1st of odd years (2019, 2021, etc.).

The current 2023 Term began on July 1, 2021 and will end on June 30, 2023. All CE Credits are required to be completed by April 30, 2023, if you complete the requirement after this date a $200.00 late fee will be assessed to your license renewal.
