Blowfish Announce Release of New Mobile App 
Fans Can Download Now & Win Braves Spring Training Game Tickets

Lexington County, S.C. (March 4, 2015) The Lexington County Blowfish Baseball Club and iSportz Athletics announced their new partnership agreement in developing the branded mobile app that is now available for download in iTunes and Google Play Store.

The new mobile app will allow fans to hold Blowfish Baseball in the palm of their hand. Users will have the ability to access the 2015 schedule, team roster, team news and receive special Blowfish notifications. Users will also have the ability to purchase merchandise, game tickets and listen to games straight from their mobile device.


 "iSportz Athletics is excited to be a part of bringing Blowfish Baseball into the new age of sports  branding through the power of mobile technology," Brad Cordell, iSportz Managing Partner said.  "The app will be user friendly across all mobile devices, and will work to enhance the Blowfish fan experience at home and at the ballpark."


As a part of the partnership agreement, in addition to the mobile app, iSportz will design a brand new responsive design website for the Blowfish, expected to be completed before the 2015 season. Blowfish Owner Bill Shanahan said, "What a historic day for this organization, as we take the next step into today's digital world. With the new mobile app and website on the way, Blowfish Baseball will be more readily accessible than ever before which is already making the 2015 inaugural season in Lexington County one to remember."


The Blowfish are running a promotion where fans can win four Atlanta Braves spring training tickets for the March 11th game versus the St. Louis Cardinals in Orlando, Florida by downloading the new app and submitting the contest entry form. The winner will be announced this Friday at 6pm.

Celebrating its 19th season in 2015, the CPL features 15 teams playing in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
