Dear Allen-Stevenson Alumni,
When I started working at Allen-Stevenson 30 years ago, I thought I had imagined every possible scenario. Yet over these last few weeks, I have learned that there are some things for which the playbook has not yet been written. There is no one untouched by something of this magnitude.
Despite all the challenges, our school, while physically closed, remains a strong, and close-knit family. You, the alumni and parents of our alumni, are an integral part of this family. We will continue to be in touch and share news from our beloved school with you, perhaps to bring some joy into your life.

here is a letter
I sent to parents yesterday, in which I mention plans for remote learning after Spring Break.
The Allen-Stevenson School has been educating generations of boys since 1883. We have weathered 137 years of good times and bad, and we will emerge a stronger institution with your support.
Take care of yourselves, take care of each other, and be well.
