After receiving incentives from the State and the City of Blue Ash, the company plans to add over 800 jobs and expand its headquarters on Creek Road. The Anthology of Blue Ash is taking shape within the Neighborhoods at Summit Park. This senior living community provides unique, tiered living options from independent living through memory care. It is expected to open in 2021. Learn more.
RIVER CITY MORTGAGE ADDS JOBS AND
DOUBLES OFFICE SPACE
Blue Ash-based mortgage lender River City Mortgage is seeing impressive growth amidst the pandemic.
The company has doubled its workforce over the last six months and doubled the amount it financed in home loans in 2020 to $1.1 billion, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.
Due to the growth in employment, the company doubled its office space in the Westlake Center in Blue Ash in January. Read more.
HAMILTON COUNTY CORONER'S OFFICE AND
CRIME LAB CLOSE TO COMPLETION
The new Hamilton County Coroner’s Office and Crime Lab in Blue Ash is nearing completion. The $55 million state-of-the-art building is located at 4477 Carver Woods Drive. The 87,000 sq. ft. facility nearly triples the space of the current office on Eden Avenue in Cincinnati. Read more.

DUKE ENERGY CENTRAL CORRIDOR PIPELINE UPDATE
Construction on the Duke Energy Central Corridor Pipeline is expected to begin in Blue Ash in March. Work will begin on the north side of the City along Grooms Road and Reed Hartman Highway and will move South. View a larger map outlining the Blue Ash portion of the project here. Some of this construction will impact traffic. One of the most notable road closures will happen in June when Glendale Milford Road will be shut down to westbound traffic at Plainfield Road.
