$100 million residential project coming to
Neighborhoods at Summit Park (NaSP)
Blue Ash City Council has unanimously approved the construction of a $100 million residential complex featuring attached and detached townhomes and condos for the Neighborhoods at Summit Park (NASP). 

WP Land Co. LLC’s project will bring 180 homes to the development with a price range of $400,000 to $800,000. Read more.
Physical rehab hospital planned for NaSP
An in-patient physical and medical rehabilitation hospital has been approved for construction in the Neighborhoods at Summit Park in Blue Ash.

The three-story, 40-bed facility is expected to employ over 100 people and will be managed by Nobis Rehabilitation Partners. Read more.
LOCAL ENTREPRENEUR ON FORBES NEXT 1000 LIST
The founder and CEO of Blue Ash-based Windows Direct is on the first Forbes Next 1000 list.

Chris Carey is one of 250 people named to the first round in the list, which showcases “ambitious sole proprietors, self-funded shops and pre-revenue startups in every region of the U.S. – all with under $10 million in revenue or funding,” according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.

CRIME LAB RIBBON-CUTTING
A virtual ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on May 3 for the new state-of-the-art Hamilton County Coroner's Office and Crime Lab located near Summit Park in Blue Ash. (Blue Ash Mayor Marc Sirkin pictured 4th from left)


The three-story, 87,000 square-foot building includes state-of-the-art laboratories, a ballistics testing range, a radiology suite including a 64-slice CT scanner for virtual autopsies, offices, conference rooms, and training areas. Read more.
WHAT'S HAPPENING IN DOWNTOWN BLUE ASH?
The demolition of structures on the property at the northwest corner of Kenwood and Cooper Road in Blue Ash has raised many questions.

At this time, there are no formal decisions from Blue Ash City Council regarding the Hosbrook Property. Read more about this space and the Towne Square design phase here.

DUKE ENERGY CENTRAL CORRIDOR PIPELINE UPDATE
Construction on the Duke Energy Central Corridor Pipeline project is underway in Blue Ash. View a larger map outlining the Blue Ash portion of the project here.

Some of this construction will impact traffic. One of the most notable road closures will happen in June when Glendale Milford Road will be shut down to westbound traffic at Plainfield Road.
