CONGRATS TO THE BLUE ASH FAST 55!
Seven Blue Ash-based companies have made the Fast 55 list for 2022!

Congratulations to the following companies for seeing the highest percentage of revenue growth from 2019 to 2021, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier:

  • Kinettix
  • Precision Staffing Services

  • Stack Construction

TWO BLUE ASH COMPANIES MAKE THE
INC. 5000 REGIONALS LIST
Two Blue Ash-based companies are on the Inc. 5000 Regionals list that ranks the fastest-growing companies.

Kinettix, an IT management firm, jumped from #794 in 2021 up to #42 this year, with 243 percent growth.

InfoTrust, a digital analytics and data governance tech firm, moved up the list from #122 to #82 this year, with 131 percent growth.

Only five companies in the Cincinnati region made it on the Midwest list, with two of them in Blue Ash. Read more.
CERKL TO ADD 125 JOBS
Cerkl has announced it will add 125 jobs in the next two years at its Blue Ash headquarters.

The fast-growing tech company experienced 140 percent growth from 2020 to 2021, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier.

SUMMIT PARK NEWS
In February of last year, Blue Ash City Council approved a 180-unit townhome development to be located at the Neighborhoods at Summit Park. 

The project, now dubbed Arabella, will be nestled between the rehab hospital and Daventry.

The development will include attached and detached townhomes as well as flats in three condo buildings.
City Council has approved a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) for Summit Park. It is set to open on June 1. Read more.

Higher Gravity, a craft beer and wine shop, is now open at the Neighborhoods at Summit Park.

In addition, Chick'nCone and Sugar n' Spice are currently building out their spaces in the Approach.
the BLUE DEVELOPMENT AT
KENWOOD/COOPER CORNER
Circle Development has presented plans for a mixed-use development at the Kenwood/Cooper corner.

The project, dubbed the BLUE, will have an inviting, modern façade of ground-floor restaurant/retail, a plaza, a center park, and upper-level office space at the corner and along Kenwood Road, with the residential units, amenities, and parking tucked behind.

Specs:

  • 65,000 sq. ft. of restaurant/retail space
  • 35,000 sq. ft. of office space
  • 250 residential units
  • A center park
  • A corner plaza
  • 650 parking spaces

Circle is currently conducting a traffic study of the area surrounding the proposed development. Read more.

PART-TIME EMPLOYEES NOW ELIGIBLE FOR RECREATION CENTER MEMBERSHIP
All employees who work in Blue Ash, part-time and full-time, are now eligible for membership at the Blue Ash Recreation Center

At the time of purchase, applicants must present a valid driver’s license or state I.D., and a current pay stub showing the payment of Blue Ash City tax.

HAM-PLAINFIELD ROUNDABOUTS
PROJECT UPDATE
The HAM/Plainfield Roundabouts Project is underway in Blue Ash.

This project will consist of three roundabouts at Hunt/Kroger, Plainfield/Hunt, and Plainfield/Peppermill.

The first roundabout at Hunt and Kroger is now open (pictured left).

Meanwhile, crews have started construction on the Plainfield/Hunt roundabout. Traffic will soon be routed onto the new lane shown above (pictured right).

The roundabouts, which will greatly improve safety and ease traffic congestion, are scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.

Fast-growing Blue Ash-based company, Payload, announced that it has secured $1.5 million from investors. Read more.
