Happy Thanksgiving, Bernalillo County Democrats!

As we gather around our tables this week — with family, with friends, with the stories that built us — we want to send each of you a heartfelt Thanksgiving greeting from your Democratic Party of Bernalillo County.

The Blue Review team is taking a short holiday break this week. No regular articles, no “5 Things,” no new Candidate Corner — just a moment to breathe, recharge, and remember why we do this work. But don’t worry, we’ll be back next week, sharper than ever and ready to keep pushing our message forward.

In the spirit of the season, we hope you stay safe, stay warm, and stay grounded in the traditions that carry us. But let’s be honest — the work doesn’t pause just because the turkey’s on the table. Republicans never take a week off, and neither can we if we’re serious about protecting our values, our communities, and our future.

DPBC volunteers will be out and about this week, lending a hand where we’re needed — and I hope you’ll do the same. Even a small act of service keeps the flame burning and reminds folks that Democrats show up.

Together, we’ll keep New Mexico Blue. Not by wishing, but by working — shoulder to shoulder, generation to generation.

We’re not just protesting — we’re proclaiming.

We’re saying no to tyranny, no to cruelty, and YES to the enduring promise that government of the people, by the people, and for the people shall not perish from the earth.

JOIN US every Tuesday 11am-noon AND every Saturday 11am-noon (NEW starting Nov. 1) to protest

the chaos, divisiveness, cruelty &

lawlessness of the Trump administration. We gather at the corners of Montgomery and Juan Tabo NE. Plenty of parking on all corners. Bring your signs, your voices, 

instruments and friends!

Take Down Tesla Protests

Protesting Tesla is stopping Musk. Stopping Musk will save lives and our democracy. The stakes couldn't be higher. But no one is coming to save us.

We need you!! Join us and protest all that the Trump administration has done and continues to do to hurt people and our country.

We are out there every single Saturday protesting in front of the Tesla Dealership. The more the merrier!

The dealership is on Indian land and we do not have permission to go on the property. Instead we gather at the huge intersection of Hwys 550 and 528 across from the Tesla Showroom in Bernalillo.

You may have heard that Elon said he is “stepping back” from DOGE to get back to the business of Tesla. Don’t believe it for a minute. We can’t let up now because

• his people are still installed across the government
• he’s already done enormous damage
• he’ll continue using Tesla stock to fund assaults on democracy
• other billionaires are watching closely to see what happens

We MUST double down on protests, pull more people in, and keep up the heat. See you Saturdays!!
