It's Baron John Von Ohlen and the Award Winning 16-piece Blue Wisp Big Band, (check out this YouTube video clip) holding down Wednesday nights at the Wisp for over 30 years. JVO drummed for the likes of Stan Kenton and Woody Herman. He is an internationally known, highly regarded big band drummer and this seasoned and seriously swinging jazz big band can be sublime. Come hear for yourself and enjoy the sounds!

2nd Tuesday of each month it's the Ron Purdon Orchestra
3rd Monday of each month it's the Monday Night Big Band
We open up our large floor area in our Rosemary Clooney Music Room and you can dance to swinging the sounds of Ellington, Dorsey, Basie, Miller, Goodman and Shaw.
This is a great opportunity for those of ALL ages to get together and have a great time.
