TESTIMONIAL

"My husband first found TSP/Teresa and he was so impressed and actually delighted at her experience, caring, and helpful and diligent listening skills which allowed her a true understanding of who my Mother is and what her needs are. I knew my husband was convinced we had found "gold" in connecting with Teresa. After only a few minutes of talking with Teresa, did I realize too how blessed we were to find such excellence of service in residential care placement."

Did you know. . .

Christmas is coming, the geese are getting fat,
Please put a penny in the old man's hat;
If you haven't got a penny, a ha'penny will do,
If you haven't got a ha'penny, God bless you!

Christmas time is here and seems to fly by faster and faster each year. It is said that the older one gets, the faster time seems to move. It must be in high gear for those who become Centenarians by reaching their 100th birthday. Now that we've discovered the secret to "making it last," let's look forward to finding some long lost friends. It is easier than you think. Let's answer some age old questions by reading up on finding those people who were special in times gone by. Finally, many people reflect on faith at this time of year. It is a time to examine what really matters and not just in the material world, but in the spiritual life. This is a great article packed with information and reflection on how this area can have such a profound impact.

May you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

What the Blue Zones Can Teach You About Healthy Living

Do the Blue Zones hold the key to longevity? Evidence suggests that may be the case. These zones are notable for their high proportions of people who live to the age of 100 and beyond, largely avoiding health issues like diabetes and heart disease that afflict many Americans.
