CMS 2024 Enforcement Actions Announced
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the 2024 Part C and Part D Program Audit and Enforcement Report on July 15, 2025. This report provides a current snapshot of the program audit landscape, a summary of the 2024 program audits, sponsor tips, as well as CMS' enforcement actions. The report highlights findings that led to Civil Monetary Penalties (CMPs) and intermediate sanctions. Read BluePeak’s summary of the report here.
