Please be aware that in the morning the first bell rings at 8:30 and school starts at 8:40. Students should not be dropped off before 8:20 except on rare occasions.

Happy Friday Bluff Creek Families!
We begin the month of October with many opportunities for students and families! Did you know that October is National Bullying Prevention month? We want every student who walks through our Bluff Creek Elementary doors to feel safe, welcomed, and included.

Fall Fundraiser!  
Bluff Creek Elementary School's PTO has a goal to raise $20,000 to support BCE teachers, staff and students with continued support of school initiatives and new personalized learning enhancements.

Bluff Creek Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month! 

Bluff Creek students are learning about the many countries where our Spanish speaking students come from! Through literature and geography, we are learning that our bilingual speakers come from many different cultures!  

Rumor vs. Reality: the need for a new bus garage
Three school funding requests will be on the November 5, 2019 referendum ballot. Question Two is a bond request to build a new elementary school on district-owned land in Chaska, address deferred maintenance and building repair projects across the district, and to build a larger bus garage. Question 2 can pass only if Question 1 is approved.

#Stigma180 fall events are back!  Our first event is a FREE documentary screening of the movie, LIKE.  LIKE focuses on the impacts of social media on our lives.

If your student(s) will have a Chromebook for the 2018-2019 school year, Eastern Carver County Schools offers an optional protection plan.  

Bluff Creek Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures before and after school

Transportation Notices and Changes- If you plan to make a last minute transportation change during the school day- please contact the office at 952-556-6600. DO NOT call or e-mail the classroom teacher. Teachers are working with students and are unable to check their e-mail.
