BLUFFS YEAR TO DATE SALES RESULTS
The Ridge at the Bluffs had 15 homes sold in the first three quarters of 2023 compared to 16 homes sold in the first three quarters of 2022. Sales prices ranged from $850,000 to $1,600,000.
The River had 12 homes sold in the first three quarters of 2023 compared to 13 homes sold in the first three quarters of 2022. Sales prices ranged from $839,000 to $1,550,000 and two properties sold on the intracoastal for $1,800,000 & $2,500,000.
The River North had 7 townhomes sold in the first three quarters of 2023, the same number as the first three quarters of 2022. Sale prices ranged from $406,000 to $465,000.
The Lakes at the Bluffs had 7 townhomes sold in the first three quarters of 2023 compared to 8 townhomes sold in the first three quarter of 2022. Sales prices ranged from $415,000 to $500,000.
The Marina at the Bluffs had 19 condos sold in the first three quarters of 2023 compared to 23 condos sold in the first three quarter of 2022. Sales prices ranged from $435,000 to $750,000.
The Ocean South had 5 condos sold in the first three quarters of 2023 compared to 10 condos sold in the first threee quarters of 2022. Sales prices ranged from $560,000 to $750,000.
The Ocean North had 2 condos sold in the first three quarters of 2023 compared to 4 condos sold in the first threee quarters of 2022. Sales prices ranged from $585,000 to $673,000.
