A special shout out to Daniel McDonnell, Kristie Touchstone, Shawn Ladd, and the entire Carolina Meadows project team!

Jessica Bonilla, Carolina Meadows Executive Assistant recently shared the following after the Carolina Meadows Topping Out took place.

"Shawn, Daniel and Kristie,

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say a massive thank you for pulling off such a fantastic topping out ceremony. Everyone had an awesome time, and we've been flooded with positive feedback from our guests.

You and your team did an incredible job, and it really showed in how smoothly everything went. Your hard work and attention to detail made the event a huge success, and we couldn't have done it without you. Thanks again for everything."

Leadership Academy Levels Up

Blum's 2024-2025 Leadership Academy cohort has officially graduated! To celebrate the completion of their 16-month, nine full-day class commitment, this group of rising leaders experienced the art and challenge of fly fishing in the rushing waters of Asheville, NC.

During their time in the Leadership Academy, the group learned about things like risk management, team dynamics, and financial analysis, and they gained specialized training on how to become even better leaders. We thank them for their dedication and passion for refining their amazing skills and talents.

Congratulations and job well done to:
