Come on in! The Dusty Boots Tour
The foundation of what we do is built on trust, and sometimes that means stepping into the mess and getting a real behind-the-scenes look. The Givens Highland Farms Vista Ridge South team hosted a Dusty Boots Tour for future residents to see their spaces and make any final adjustments. The team successfully resolved any issues and pulled off a fantastic event for Givens Highland Farms.π

Intern Classroom Day
The Intern Classroom Day involved all of the 2025 summer interns learning from a member of every department here at Blum. They were given opportunities to discuss and ask questions. Then, they were able to experience a comprehensive tour of the current Stevens Center project.

Catherine Brisson, Project Manager, is all about strong relationships and learning! As a team building experience, she took her team to a spin class. She also visited her son's day care (Bright Horizons) to share a little about her job and the construction industry.

While on the roof at the UNC School of the Arts Stevens Center in downtown Winston-Salem, some of our Blum crew spotted the Goodyear blimp sailing across the sky. The blimp was scheduled to fly around the Triad between August 1st-3rd for the Wyndham Champion PGA golf tournament in Greensboro. Did you see the blimp?
