SAFETY & WELL BEING
The Heroes at Hero Health
Blum Construction's Hero Health plan is 100% free to the Blum employees and can oftentimes assist in eliminating unnecessary healthcare costs. Two members of the Blum team recently shared their experience.
| |
"The people from Hero Health that are assisting with invoicing issues from our providers are EXTREMELY helpful. I hope we never get rid of these helpers on our plan. They save me massive amounts of time and money working with these providers who refuse to process our costs correctly through insurance."
-- Katie Vanderploeg, Assistant Project Manager
| |
"I had a recent medical event that required a lot of lab work, diagnostic prep work and in the near future will require surgery. I called Hero Health and explained what happened. All of my lab work, diagnostic prep, and even my surgery will be 100% no cost to me and with the medical team that I already know and trust. This service has saved me several thousand dollars of out-of-pocket expenses and made the whole experience less chaotic and stressful."
-- Holly Hodgson, Preconstruction Coordinator

IMPLEMENTING THE FRANK FACTOR
Taco Day in Hendersonville
On Friday, August 9th, the AdventHealth Hendersonville On-Campus MOB project team showed their appreciation to all the subcontractors working on site by treating them to a taco lunch. A local taco truck restaurant came out and served everyone delicious and fresh tacos! This is a great way to communicate to our partners that we respect them and appreciate their hard work.
Commendation is also due to the AdventHealth MOB team for their excellent photography and documentation of construction progress.
Kudos to the AdventHealth Hendersonville On-Campus MOB project team!
